This door closer specifically uses the same fixing dimensions and footprint as the most popular UK door closer making it an ideal retro-fit solution. The unit has a power adjustable mechanism from power size 2-4 together with separate adjustments for closing speed and latching. The closer also features adjustable backcheck and delayed action and includes a fig.66 bracket (for parallel fixing). Supplied complete with full fitting instructions although an increased level of D.I.Y skills would be needed to fit this product.
